Here we have a matched quad set of JJ KT88 replacement valves/tubes. Bought as spares on an impulse, but sadly never got to use them as I sold the amp they were intended for. New without box but will be packed bomb-proof.

JJ have gained a worldwide reputation for sound quality and reliability and this valve has proved an excellent valve for all applications.

The JJ KT88 is very well balanced with an incredibly smooth mid-range with excellent detail and clarity. The top end treble response is also very clear with no harshness or fuzziness.

The JJ is also very well controlled in the bass department with a tight grip over the sound. The KT88 is very well constructed with large anode plates and heat dissipating fins. This is an excellent KT88 and one of the very few that can provide excellent & enjoyable musical reproduction.
